| Resend | Transactional email delivery | Recipient email, email event type, template data, delivery status, provider ID, error metadata | Required for email features | Email sending may run in log/test/allowlist mode in non-production environments. |
| Google OAuth / Google Calendar | Optional coach calendar connection and appointment sync | Coach Google account email, encrypted tokens, selected calendar ID/name, appointment names/emails/notes/location/times | Optional | Used only when a coach connects Google Calendar. Tumbling Lab does not control Google’s processing after data is sent to Google. |

No Advertising or Analytics Providers
Tumbling Lab does not currently use advertising providers, analytics SDKs, session replay tools, heatmaps, or ad networks.

We may update this page as service providers change. Material changes may be communicated through the app, email, or updated legal pages.
